Foie Gras Off the Menu at 315 Bar

315 Bar & Restaurants is one of the newest hits in the Pennine town of Huddersfield, bringing celebrity style to West Yorkshire.

We contacted them regarding the sale of foie gras and Head Chef, Jason Neilson, trained by Raymond Blanc, has taken our concerns onboard. Today, we received a statement confirming that the delicacy of despair is to be removed from the menu.

“Thanks for your email it didn’t make for good reading and yes I will be taking it off my menu with in the next few weeks.
